We’re awkward in front of the camera — will our photos look natural?
Totally normal to feel this way!
Most of the couples I photograph tell me they feel awkward at first. You don’t need to know how to pose or “perform” for the camera. I’ll guide you with simple, natural prompts that help you move, interact, and focus on each other instead of the camera. Finding a place or theme that feels truly like you is a huge relief
What if we don’t know where to take our photos?
You don’t have to figure that out on your own — I help with that.
Whether you’re drawn to nature, city streets, or somewhere personal to your story, I’ll help you choose a location that fits your vibe and photographs beautifully. I know a variety of locations across Waterloo, Hamilton, GTA, and Ontario, and will recommend spots based on light, season, and the kind of feeling you want your images to have.
Can we book an engagement session before committing to a wedding photographer?
Absolutely — and many couples choose to do exactly that.
An engagement or couples session is a relaxed, no-pressure way to see if we’re the right fit before booking a wedding. It gives you a chance to experience what it’s like to be photographed by me, get comfortable in front of the camera, and see how I capture your connection.
There’s no obligation to book anything further. If you do decide to move forward with wedding photography afterward, you’ll already feel confident and at ease, knowing what to expect and how it feels to work together- I will customize a package for you.
